Finally New Pics :)

So...I have been MIA for too long! I am back and ready to take pics. I have been having problems with my camera and it seems to be back to normal...YAY! I went on a World Wide Photo Walk and had a blast. Here are my best shots...please let me know which ones are your favorites!

Day 58 -Easter Egg Hunt - this was amazing we got all the kids in the same spot! It's amazing what a little candy/egg hunt can do to motivate children:).


Day 59 - Jennifer Jones - A friend and fellow photographer and I took each others pictures. Here is one of my fav's from that day. Jennifer is an amazing photographer!


Day 60 - Sat (Pre-Easter)

Day 57...

Today we had a good day, started off with Bible study and God rocked my world! He is teaching me and other ladies that we need to believe in ourselves more and see ourselves through his eyes. I finished the day sewing super hero capes with my friend Paige. They are not technically perfect, but our boys age 1 & 3 will LOVE them! Here's a pic of my finished capes which will go in their Easter baskets!

I did a newborn shoot today and had an awesome assistant. We had a blast and baby girl did wonderful!

Day 46

Today I spent most of the day in the office editing, followed by an evening with friends which ended in a puking 3 year old :(. My poor Logan. So instead of putting a new pic from today I am picking a shot I editing today.

Day 45

Today I went with my boys along with our moms group to Usery Regional Park. It was a 1 mile hike for kids. We got a little worried at the beginning as it was sprinkling a bit, but just before our hike started the rain stopped and never came back. Thank you Jesus for beautiful weather!

Day 44

We visited Superstion Farm today and the boys loved it! When we were driving home Logan told me "That was a fun day mom" melted my heart:). I am sure glad because it was a bit pricey for an hour. At the farm we had a classroom where they taught us about all the food that come from the farm, hayride around the farm, feeding the animals, checking out the garden, hay maze, and having flavored milk. Both boys loved the orange cream milk. I took a picture of the baby calf because it reminded me of my childhood when my grandparents had cows. I have actually seen a cow being born before, but I don't remember it:). Anyway needless to say we had a fun day today. Tomorrow we are off to "Just for Kids" - Little Desert Explorers - Usery Park with our moms group.

Been a little behind on pics:(. I am going out the next two days so, sure to catch up and get back in my daily photo taking groove. I didn't get on the comp this weekend and admit didn't take one pic on Sunday:). So here is Sat's pic of the day and today's. On Sat we were going to have pics from the Railroad park...until Ethan puked on the way. So instead I mopped the floors. So I just took some pics inside our home. Today I cooked for 6+hours and have about 3 weeks worth of meals done! We did that all with 4 kids to watch at the same time. So insanity, I didn't take any pics of that since I thought my camera was in the office. So I took some more shots inside, hoping to go out tomorrow after Bible study and get some interesting pics :). Sorry for any grammar mishaps, I'm tired!

Hey everyone, sorry about the delay in my 365 project I had some computer issues. My loving husband seems to have fixed them, and I am very grateful!

So here is my pic of the day its on pattern photography. I will do pattern photography all week so PLEASE let me know which ones are your favorite so I can bring the best one to class. I also will be shooting in manual mode all week.

Today I was trying to use natural light inside, ie through a window using a reflector. My beautiful model (Ethan 15 months) was not the stillest of subjects but he was precious! I am a little partial :). So here is him reaching for me...

So after the attempted chili night portraits, today we re-shop outside and SO glad we did! There is no comparison of last nights and today's pic. The light is so nice and his head position is better too :).

Day 19

So tonight we had a fun night with friends. We had everyone over for Chilli. Our friend Travis needs a pic for http://desertspringschurch.com so we took a few random pics of him with my husband and a friend of mines husband holding my backdrop up. Here is the best shot and although I like it, I am not in love with the lighting since I just used my external flash. So we will take a new one this week with some natural light like Pastor Jon's up on the site already :).

For now this one will have to do...
